Our session supports and inspires each other to just be better at what we do. Join us at any of our 6 mid-week sessions for adults, 2 sessions for youth athletes, and weekend runs that will challenge you and help you achieve your goals.

What are our Sessions? Below is a little on what we do.
Our Ponds session is a mix of Speed, Flow and Hills.
Our Thornleigh sessions is a mix of Speed, Flow, Hills on road or trail.
Our Gore Hill session is focused on Speed and Flow.
Our Manly session is built around Flow over flat, hills and trails.
Our Wahroonga session is Speed, Flow, Hills and Trails.
The Narrabeen is all about Track Speed and Flow.
Our Nth Head session is awesome. Flow, Hills, Trail all combined for a tough session.
